I fell in love with a piece of jewelry, but the size isn't right. Can you resize?
In most cases, yes! We charge a flat fee of $5 to cover the materials and shipping. We are not able to resize complex pieces such as those which are double stranded.
Can I order an item as a gift and have it sent to another address?
Yes, just tell us where to ship it.
Do your items come boxed?
Yes.
I bought a piece of jewelry, but it broke. What do I do?
Jewelry can break for a variety of reasons, even the best jewelry does this. I do guarantee my work and this means, that I will repair your piece. However, it is important that you make every effort to include all the beads and pieces. If something is missing, I will do my best to match it.
I lost the focal bead when my item broke, will you replace this?
We will be happy to order you a replacement bead. The cost for bones and paws are $10.
I bought a dog coat, but it's the wrong size. Can I return it?
We will exchange Woofy Wear for another size. Tags MUST BE ATTACHED. We will not exchange without the tags attached. Please include $1.50 per item for return shipping.
I bought a belly band, but it's the wrong size. Can I return it?
We will exchange belly bands for another size, but the sticker must still be in place. We will not exchange without the sticker attached. Please include $1.00 per item for shipping.
Do you take custom orders?
We are usually so busy that it is hard to do custom items, especially those that require sewing. Jewelry is easier for us to do custom. Feel free to ask, but don't be too disappointed if we can't.
